Open Access Week

NWU Presents Open Access Week 2016

The North-West University is proud to present its first collaboratively organised programme for International Open Access Week.  The programme has been put together by members from the

  • Libraries at Mafikeng, Potchefstroom, and Vaal Triangle Campus
  • Institutional IT department
  • eResearch Initiative
  • Technology Transfer and Innovation Support Office
  • Research Support Office

We trust that our researchers and students will enjoy the opportunity to learn about advances in the Open Science movement and will discover new opportunities to get involved in local and international initiatives.

Open Access Week will be celebrated again in 2017 and to this effect we invite staff and students to liaise with any of the partners to suggest items for next year's programme.

All the sessions will be shared over all 3 campuses via this Adobe Connect link http://connect.nwu.ac.za/oaweek2016/
