The North-West University Library and Information Service  is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all our users. We understand that some students may experience barriers in accessing certain library services due to a disability. To ensure equal access, we provide proxy services, where our dedicated librarians bring library resources and support directly to you. 

These include the following:

  • Information searches
  • Book request
  • Information literacy training
  • EndNote training
  • General assistance in the Library
  • Library Orientation

 

Our librarians work closely with the Disability Unit to make sure that your needs are met with care, dignity, and understanding.
