Library Serve-a-Server Campaign
July is a time to celebrate the birthday of former President Nelson Mandela. Recognized globally as Nelson Mandela International Day on 18 July, South Africans extend this celebration throughout the month. It's a chance for everyone to honour Mandela's life and legacy, embracing the opportunity to make a difference and create positive change in their communities.
This year's Nelson Mandela International Day on July 18 will centre around the theme: "It’s still in our hands to combat poverty and inequity."
Contact Dina Mashiyane at dina.mashiyane@nwu.ac.za for more information regarding the library campaign.
