Problem Reporting

• Nashua is responsible for all printer-related matters, e.g. paper, toner, faulty printers, and maintenance of printers. For assistance, contact Nashua at +27 (0)18 299 2825.
• Contact IT for PaperCut(software) problems at +27 (0)18 299 2700 or open a ticket using the IT-Help icon on the student workstations. 

Nashua Copy Shop - Building F1, Basement

• Copies, printing, stapling, binding and laminating. They print on  A4 A3 A2 A1 and A0.

Ferdinand Postma Library

• Printing (including A4) and scanning services are available in the Information Commons.
• There is a quick print facility available in the library's foyer. Submit a print job at any lab computer on Potch Campus and swipe your university card at this printer to collect the print job or use the computer next to the printer.
