Document Delivery (Intercampus Requests)
What is Document Delivery?
- Document Delivery allows NWU staff and students to borrow books and request scanned materials from other NWU campus libraries.
How to Use Document Delivery?
- Submit requests via the WorldCat Discovery form
- Registered NWU staff and students can use Document Delivery.
- Journal articles and scanned pages are emailed to the requester via article exchange.
- You’ll be notified when books are ready for pickup at your home library.

Requests between NWU Libraries
- Working days/hours are from Monday - Friday from 7:30 to 4:30 and do not include weekends.

- Books from Potchefstroom Libraries take 3-7 working days to arrive in Mahikeng.
- Books from Vanderbijlpark Library take 7-10 working days to arrive in Mahikeng.
