  Die Toerisme- en Rekreasiespan aan die NWU is die leiers in hul onderskeie velde. Gereelde kontak met industrie, navorsingsprojekte en konsultasies hou ons aan die voorpunt van nuwe ontwikkelings wat u ook ʼn paar stappe voor die res sal hou. Ons het ʼn Baie aktiewe Toerisme-studentevereniging, genaamd Excursio, wat ook verskeie geleenthede aan…, Oorsig, Na voltooiing van hierdie drie-jaar-program sal u in staat wees om ʼn toerismebesigheid te bestuur en te bemark, sowel as om ʼn rekreasiebestuurder te word. U sal, onder andere, leer om u eie akkommodasie-onderneming te ontwikkel en bestuur, om geleenthede te bestuur, sowel as hoe om die natuur as toerisme-attraksie te optimeer. The Tourism and Recreation team at the NWU are the leaders in their respective fields.  Regular contact with industry, research projects and consultations keep us at the forefront of new developments that will also keep you a few steps ahead of the rest.
